Shipping Policy

Lowanna has partnered with Australia Post to deliver our products. Our strategic partnership with Australia Post allows us to ship our products to you in the quickest and safest possible way, with carbon neutral delivery. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

*We dispatch the orders from Melbourne Metro area. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1 business day to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends, holidays or peak periods.

While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in Australia Post's delivery network at the relevant time or uncontrollable weather events, e.g. flood, bushfires, etc. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.
Orders under $75 will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.95.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping!
